The best AppLovin agencies for ecommerce in 2026 are the ones that treat AppLovin as a real channel, not a line item. Few agencies qualify. Most agencies that mention AppLovin run it as one of a dozen services, publish no AppLovin results and keep their pricing behind a sales call.
We reviewed the agencies that publicly offer AppLovin management for DTC and ecommerce brands, checked their own websites for partner status, pricing, creative capacity and published results, and ranked the 10 strongest options. A full comparison table is at the end.
Disclosure: this list is published by Apt Digital, which ranks itself first. We have tried to make every other entry fair and factual. All competitor details come from each agency's own website as checked in September 2026 and are linked so you can verify them. If you spot something out of date, email hello@aptconvert.com and we will correct it.

How we ranked AppLovin agencies
AppLovin rewards a specific set of skills: clean pixel tracking, a steady supply of full-screen video creative, and the patience to let the engine learn before scaling. We scored each agency on what a buyer can actually verify:
- AppLovin focus: is AppLovin a core channel with a dedicated service, or one item on a long menu?
- Partner status: does the agency state a partner relationship with AppLovin?
- Proof: are AppLovin results published with CPA, ROAS and spend?
- Pricing transparency: can you see what it costs before a sales call, and does the fee keep growing as you scale?
- Creative capacity: can the agency produce AppLovin-ready video in-house?
We only included agencies whose own site shows they manage AppLovin for ecommerce brands. App-install agencies, ad-tech companies and software tools were left out.
The 10 best AppLovin agencies for ecommerce
1. Apt Digital: Best overall and best value for AppLovin-first DTC growth
Apt is an official AppLovin Partner Agency built around one channel: AppLovin. Meta, TikTok and Google are run alongside it, but AppLovin is the core of the work, not an add-on to a social retainer.
The team manages $5M+ a month in AppLovin ad spend for DTC brands. Published results include a lowest CPA of $10.33, a 1.86x average ROAS across clients and a fastest scale to $10k a day of 7 days. The AppLovin case studies on the AppLovin page show CPA, ROAS and spend for each brand, including a DTC skincare brand that reached $20k a day within 30 days and now spends $1M+ a month at a 1.68x ROAS.
Pricing is published in full on the pricing page: $750 a month per channel plus 2.5% of ad spend, with the ad spend fee capped at $25,000 a month. At $250k a month in spend that is $7,000 in fees (2.8% of spend), and the cap means the fee stops growing past $1M a month. The first creative batch is free, and further creative is priced per asset ($30 per static, $75 per AI video) instead of being bundled into a retainer.
Worth knowing: Apt is a newer, leaner agency than the large full-service shops on this list. If you want PR, SEO or retail marketplaces from the same team, a full-service agency may suit you better. Source: aptconvert.com.
2. Sweat Pants Agency: Best for subscription brands that want AppLovin plus email and Meta
Nashville-based Sweat Pants Agency runs AppLovin as one channel next to Meta, Google, email and SMS, with in-house creative for video, statics and interactive end cards. Its AppLovin page lists AppLovin among its partners and describes a process built around weekly creative concept launches.
The agency says it has managed $350M+ in ad spend and works with $3M to $100M+ DTC and subscription brands. It offers a free audit before you commit. Pricing is not published, and there are no AppLovin-specific CPA or ROAS results on its site.

Worth knowing: A very new AppLovin offering with limited published track record on the channel. Source: slaymakermarketing.com.
Why Apt ranks first
Three things separate the top of this list from the rest.
Specialization. For most agencies here, AppLovin is one service among many. At Apt it is the core channel, and the published numbers reflect that: $5M+ a month in AppLovin spend managed and a 7-day fastest scale to $10k a day.
Proof you can check. Apt is the only agency on this list that publishes AppLovin case studies with CPA, ROAS and monthly spend for each brand. The others publish either nothing AppLovin-specific or a single anonymous test.
Value as you scale. Only three agencies here publish pricing at all. Apt's model is the only one with a cap: the ad spend fee stops at $25,000 a month however far you grow. Slaymaker's $1,500 flat fee is cheaper for a small test, and DDU Media's range suits brands that want a fixed creative-heavy retainer, but for a brand planning to scale AppLovin into six or seven figures a month, a capped percentage with per-asset creative pricing is the most predictable total cost. The table below shows how Apt's fee works out at different spend levels.
| Monthly AppLovin spend | Apt fee (1 channel) | Fee as % of spend |
|---|---|---|
| $50,000 | $2,000 | 4.0% |
| $250,000 | $7,000 | 2.8% |
| $1,000,000 | $25,750 | 2.6% |
| $2,000,000 | $25,750 | 1.3% |

How to choose the right AppLovin agency for your brand
Start with your goal. If AppLovin is meant to become a second growth engine next to Meta, choose a specialist that can show AppLovin results and supply the creative volume the platform needs. If you want one agency to run everything from SEO to PR, a full-service agency may be worth the trade-off in AppLovin depth.
Then ask every agency the same questions: how much AppLovin spend they manage, what CPA and ROAS their AppLovin clients see, how many new videos they launch per week, and what the total fee will be at two or three times your current spend. Our guide on how to choose an AppLovin agency has the full list, and AppLovin agency pricing shows how the common fee models compare.

Full-service agencies such as Avenue Z or GR0 suit brands that want AppLovin bundled with SEO, PR or marketplaces.
How much does an AppLovin agency cost?
Most AppLovin agencies do not publish pricing. Of those that do, Apt Digital charges $750 a month per channel plus 2.5% of ad spend capped at $25,000 a month, DDU Media starts at $5,000 a month, and Slaymaker Marketing charges a flat $1,500 a month. See our guide to AppLovin agency pricing for how the models compare at different spend levels.
Do I need an agency to run AppLovin ads?
No. AppLovin Ads has been open to any business since June 22, 2026, with no referral code required. An agency helps most with tracking setup, creative volume and daily optimization, which is where most first tests go wrong.
What should I look for in an AppLovin agency?
Look for AppLovin experience you can verify: stated partner status, AppLovin spend managed, published case studies with CPA and ROAS, enough creative capacity to launch new videos every week, clear reporting and transparent pricing.
What budget do I need to test AppLovin with an agency?
We recommend starting at around $500 a day for a clean read, for at least three to four weeks. Some agencies set their own minimums, such as DDU Media's focus on brands spending $100,000+ a month on paid media.
